Vegan spinach pie

IngredientsFor the almond cheese: 80g almond flour1 tbsp olive oil150 ml waterJuice of half a lemon1 large tbsp of nutritional yeast1 tsp salt and pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder or a crushed garlic clove5 tbsp of bread crumbsAdditional ingredientsPuff pastry sheet300g spinach/chard1 cup of spring onions and dill or parsley Method1. Mix almond flour, lemon juice, olive oil and water until smooth2. Add rest of almond cheese ingredients3. Finely chop spring onions and sauté with spinach or chard in oil4. Evaporate the water and when cool add to cheese mixture with chopped dill or parsley5. Fold into puff pastry and bake in a 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned and warmed through.
