Vegan spinach pie

For the almond cheese:
80g almond flour
1 tbsp olive oil
150 ml water
Juice of half a lemon
1 large tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder or a crushed garlic clove
5 tbsp of bread crumbs

Additional ingredients
Puff pastry sheet
300g spinach/chard
1 cup of spring onions and dill or parsley

1. Mix almond flour, lemon juice, olive oil and water until smooth
2. Add rest of almond cheese ingredients
3. Finely chop spring onions and sauté with spinach or chard in oil
4. Evaporate the water and when cool add to cheese mixture with chopped dill or parsley
5. Fold into puff pastry and bake in a 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned and warmed through.
