We welcome expressions of interest for those wanting to get started on a career in agriculture or simply looking for flexible casual work outside in the fresh air. Working on a farm requires fitness and perseverance.
We work in all weather and often need to make on the spot decisions and solve complex problems. Farming is challenging but also extremely rewarding, with the results of a day’s work physically obvious when you finish a task.
If you want to be a small-scale sustainable farmer, gaining experience on a working farm is one of the best ways to see if its right for you before launching into your own endeavour. In fact, this is what Alice did before she started her own farm.
Look around our website and if Five Serves Produce sounds like something you would like to be a part of please contact us.
When there are specific jobs available they will be advertised here. However, we accept expressions of interest and resumes at any time. We do not take WWOOFers or interns at this stage, only paid employees.
