Sweet Potato, Carrot and Cumin Soup with Pomegranate, Roasted Carrots and Toasted Seeds, Chicken and Pumpkin Stir-Fry, Broccoli and Anchovy Penne and Knol Khol Curry

by Alice Warner |

Good Food’s Sweet Potato, Carrot and Cumin Soup with Pomegranate, Roasted Carrots and Toasted Seeds sounds like a mouthful, and it is – a delicious one. The toasted seeds really make this dish special, and are a good idea for any thick Winter soup.

Susie Burrell’s Chicken and Pumpkin Stir-Fry is super simple and delicious. You could use garlic chives in place of regular chives. Our sweet Jap pumpkins will really make this dish special.

Neil Perry’s Broccoli and Anchovy Penne will become a regular recipe in my house after trying it this week. It hits the spot after a day of farming when I’m starving and need a bowl of something homemade and hearty.

For something different to do with kohlrabi, try this Knol Khol Curry from Archana’s Kitchen. It will make your kitchen smell amazing and is a great way to make veg the star of the show on your dinner table.

Happy cooking,

Alice
