Food 52’s Spice-Roasted Cauliflower with Pine Nuts and Tahini Drizzle is my new favourite way to eat cauliflower. The tahini drizzle is also excellent as a general salad dressing or can be used like hummous on a burger or wrap.

These Honey Roasted Carrots with Feta from Good Foodare also going down a treat in my house. The salty sweet flavours are moorish, as my Grandmother would say.

It’s the perfect time of year for Ginger Bok Choy Soup with Noodles from Naturally Ella.Warming, nutritious, tasty and the perfect mix of slurp and crunch.

Finish it all off with Thomas Keller’s Red Beet Ice Cream from White on Rice Couple, using our pecans instead of walnuts. It’s an impressive way to wow your friends, or just treat yourself to something special.
