Carrot and Sesame Burgers from BBC Good Food contain a bonus serve of legumes and pair very well with rocket or baby spinach in a bun.
Lastly, I can’t go past this Chicken and Leek Gratin from Annabel Langbein. It’s a great way to celebrate our leeks while they are so plentiful and in season.
