Salad dressing

Make it now. I have nothing more to say.

2 parts olive oil
1 part vinegar
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Cracked black pepper



  1. Pour the olive oil into a small glass jar so it comes half way up.
  2. Add vinegar in until it equals half the volume of the oil.
  3. Add the other ingredients.
  4. Shake
  5. Pour
  6. Toss
  7. Devour

I love this because it is super-fast, I usually have all the ingredients and it is both creamy and zesty. It will only last a few days because of the fresh lemon juice which loses its potency.
